Russian-Women.Net Anti-scam Policy
There is a strict policy that every agency in the Network has to follow:
1.
All ladies must apply in person, and show proof that they are currently unmarried.
We accept profiles from ladies living only in the cities where our local agents and
offices are situated. We refuse to accept profiles from other cities and countries
to protect our clients from scam.
2. We check the contact information provided by the lady by sending her letter right after the registration.
3. We are constantly in touch with our affiliate local agencies - to keep personal
contacts with ladies and keep our database updated and clean.
4. We do remove ladies if they marry or if they ask us to be removed, but we also put some
profiles on hold if ladies leave town, either permanently or for short periods of time.
5. In case of scam suspect, we put lady's profile on hold until the case is investigated.
Our services are free for women, so we prefer to remove them if we get complaints about them
from clients, we also remove those who generally do not answer letters, or show that they are
not interested.
6. The ladies that become our clients sign the agreement and bind themselves to the obligation not
to use the agency service and men-clients to improve their financial position or
for any reasons other then finding a life partner.
7. We don't prevent our clients from exchanging any contact information.
After purchasing her contact information, you may use our mail forwarding
services or contact the lady in any way you wish.
8. Your email and postal address is provided to the lady with every letter.
We will not come between any communication you wish to establish on your own.
9. Ladies must personally write all replies. Some local agencies were removed from
the network for writing letters for women, for using prewritten replies.
10. When you receive the reply, you will also get (unless you ask not to) a reply control
slip completed by the lady indicating whether she wishes to correspond, and indeed
continue to be a member of our agency. You will also receive (unless you ask not to)
a scan of the lady's original letter, written in her native language (if she can't
write in english). This is important, so you are not writing some ladies for weeks
and months and then later find out that she knows nothing about you.
11. In case the lady agrees (99%), we provide her photo with gifts and flowers
with a confirmation of your order delivery. You can also check if the lady
from other agency you are corresponding with really exists, by sending her a
flower or a letter through our service.
12. Every agency working within the network signs the contract according to which
no ladies' profiles or clients' details can be resold to the third party.
This means that if you found the same profile on some other free or paid website
with different name, age or address, this profile has most likely been stolen.
13. Our strict policy forbids local offices recruiting the ladies to use formal
replies from ladies or forgery letters (which is common practice for other agencies),
accept replies from ladies over the telephone, let the staff be clients of the agency
or reveal any private and confidential information about the clients and the network,
neglect the responsibilities.
14. An outside inspector keeps an eye on the compliance to these rules by all
the agencies of the network and we stop cooperation with the ones who violate them.
